New Polish flights launch brought forward another week
27.04.07
The launch of four new routes operated by Wizz Air to Poland from the UK are to be brought forward for the second time, central Europe's largest low-cost airline has announced.
Flights from Durham Tees Valley Airport to Warsaw will now take off a week earlier than the previous announcement (or two weeks earlier than originally planned), on July 13. On the same day flights linking Coventry and Katowice will take off, again two weeks earlier than originally planned.
Wizz Air's new route from Bournemouth Airport to Katowice will launch even earlier - on July 7 - and the next day will see the launch of flights between Robin Hood and Gdansk.
The airline said that it is bringing forward the start of flights after securing the early delivery of new aircraft and seeing ticket sales on the four new routes exceed its expectations.
